  How do I submit a payment to renew a domain?

  Hi there,
  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  Hi there,

  As timethief mentioned, upgrades can only be managed and renewed by the user who purchased the upgrade originally. That user can contact us directly if they need help renewing the domain.

  Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
