Domain payment

    I would like to get my domain back, after I’ve updated my payment method. And I’d like to contact support instead of asking forums. How do I do that?

    Hi there!

    Email and live chat support are available only for certain plan levels. Since you don’t have a plan under your account at the moment, your support option is the support forums. However, I’m certain we can get you sorted this way.

    First, we need to know what domain you need help with. Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    Thanks for your prompt answer :)
    The domain I’m after is http://www.miodybialowieskie.com. I’ve had it for years, it only just became inactive because of unupdated payment method this year…
    Now it isn’t available. Any ideas on how to mend this?

    Thanks for confirming the domain.

    That domain expired on 16 February, and has already been removed from our system.

    I’m sending you a link you can use to pay for the renewal via email. Please let us know once you’ve paid by replying to this thread, and we can restore and renew the domain for you.

    However, because the domain expired so long ago, it could go into redemption at any time. Should that happen before we’re able to renew it, there will be an additional fee to get it back. For now it’s not in redemption yet, so if we move fast we might still be in time to get it before that happens. But I need you to know that is a possibility :)
