If you already got a managed wordpress plan from GoDaddy, you don’t need wordpress.com. You must contact GoDaddy support or search documentation to know what to do.

Hi there, just adding that if you installed the Jetpack plugin on your GoDaddy WordPress site, you’ll only be using this WordPress.com account to manage that connection. https://jetpack.com/blog/why-wordpress-account-jetpack/ You don’t need to purchase any WordPress.com upgrade plan.
Hope that helps too, but let us know if you have other questions about this.
For future use, for help with a site using the open source WordPress software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

Hi there,
I only see a free WordPress.com site in your account, so I’m guessing you might have added an upgrade to the cart for that site.
If you’re seeing a notice at the top of the screen that you have an uncompleted purchase, click on that, remove the upgrade from the cart, and the notice will go away :)
