domain pointing to other server

  Hi,
  I am looking to point the current domain of the website i.e. sailum.wordpress.com to other server which is sailum.vpweb.in . I understand that I have to go to the edit option in my domain to do the same but because of some reason I am not getting edit option.
  Please look into this ASAP.

  You can map an existing domain to a WordPress.com site with the following instructions:
