  I can get a domain for $4.84 for a year. Does that ever change?

  If you want a custom domain for $4.84 I doubt you will be buying it from here at WordPress.com so you’ll need to ask whoever is offering it that question. Does the price of food/fuel/living ever change?

  On WordPress.com, domains are included for the first year with any paid subscription.
  After the first year, the cost of the domain renewal depends on the extensions (also called top-level domains or TLDs). You can find all the prices listed here:
