Domain private registration

  Hi there,

  I originally registered this domain on WordPress through private registration, and then cancelled and refunded. Due to a mix up, I wanted to get the domain back, so I was able to map it back. I cannot, however, purchase the private registration anymore. Please help?!

  So I just learned that it doesn’t work that way and when I cancelled and refunded it, I forfeited my domain. Is that correct? Anyways since that’s the case I requested a refund for the domain mapping and haven’t received a refund confirmation email. Please help.

  I can help you with that refund. But I can also try and recover your canceled domain if you would prefer.

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

  PI will also attempt to recover the canceled domain. If successful, I will send you a manual payment request for the new registration.

  I’m afraid that I was unable to recover the domain.

  However, it appears to have been released from the system and is available to register again.
