Domain problem

    I’m trying to move my domain (cccmetas.org) over to inmotion hosting. I’m trying to see if I need to renew the domain but I can’t seem to be able to. I can find previous billing history but no options to renew other than doing the domain mapping which I DO NOT want to do.

    Hi there,

    Your domain expired on 25 February – automatic renewal failed as the credit card had expired. We would have sent you several emails about this.

    The upgrade has since been removed from your account. That is why you can’t renew the domain.

    It might be possible to still restore the domain to your account. I’ve sent you an email with information on what is needed to do this. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
