Domain Problem

  Hello,

  I’m having an issue with my domain. I tried to change my domain on Pressable so that my account would not have the extra mystagingwebsite.com. In doing this, my WordPress account does not let me access my website dashboard, customize and everything. There is a mix up with my domain and i even tried putting the domain to the old one and still did not work. I believe the servers are not linked or something like that.

  Hi @danmarin1, did you mean to get in touch with Pressable support? You’ve actually reached the forums for sites hosted at WordPress.com . This may also help, but you’ll want to contact your host for more support:

  If you’ve got a WordPress.com site (it will have a base address with .wordpress.com in it) let us know what that is and we’ll see if we can help you untangle this. I just couldn’t see any on your account.
