Domain problem

    Hello again,

    I sent you an email a few hours ago with this point :

    ‘Hello, I’m the owner of the domain http://www.nwes.fr ;.

    I have my websites and mail address on it but since two days, my website is no because of host unknown. I bought my domain on wordpress but it not appear in my domains owned.
    Can you help me to know what’s wrong with that domain please ? I have no mail from my customers and I will have a lot of troubles if the situation stay the same.

    I got nothing in my account that say if there is a problem with payment or something.’

    We didn’t receive any notification about the domain expiration, is that normal ?

    Hello, sorry to be insistant but I sent 3 mails, and try to have answers but nobody seems to see my messages. Is it possible to have an answer ?
    I’m about to loose customers because of my mail adresse unavailable.

    I really need to move on with that issue, please !

    Hello there, I see your domain is using WordPress.com nameservers but is registered with EPAG and looks to expire in October 2020. Is it possible you need to renew your WPcom site’s upgrade plan?

    This thread is flagged for Staff attention. If you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade required to map your custom domain to a WPcom site, you should also be able to reach support through Live Chat (when available) and/or email when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    If as you say you have already emailed them through that form, please do not keep sending them new emails as this pushes your issue down in their queue. Please be patient. Thanks.

    So, please, can we find a solution ? We are loosing time and money. We purchased your service, not the EPAG one so I now need a solution to stop loosing money, please.
