Domain problem

    Hi I have been complaining for more than than a week now about a domain that I registered. I tried everything but could not change the primary domain to the registered, so I removed the registered domain and now I’m asking back for a refund to upgrade thanks

    If you register a domain with WordPress.com without a plan, you cannot make the domain primary.

    One of the features of all of our paid plans is to allow users to set their custom domain as primary. If your custom domain is not primary, people will still end up at your site if they type your custom domain into the address bar.

    If you would still like the refund processed, I’d be happy to take care of that for you, but I wanted to let you know this in case you would prefer to purchase a plan to make the domain primary.

    Yesterday I complained about a domain problem, someone on the forum respond to my message and explained me properly how everything work, because of misunderstand I end up removed the domain. so what I’m asking now instead refund the money how wordpress could reactivate the domain or even if I of to change name thanks

    Do you want to:

    1) Restore the domain and use it with a site here on our servers

    2) Restore the domain to use it elsewhere

    or

    3) Get a refund and wait until the domain is released so you can use it elsewhere?

    Good morning I really appreciate your help and the quick respond. I would rather to stick with the first option and them later an I’ll upgrade to the premium. there is also two other question I would like to ask you,
    1 crowd signal when I first set up the account the email used I don’t have access any more because it was change would that be a problem ?
    and 2 do I of to upgrade to a premium before I can access more feature

    You can use your WordPress.com account to log in to Crowdsignal.

    Hi thanks for restoring my domain, as I said in my previous message that I’m thinking of upgrade.
    now would it be possible to upgrade to the premium without losing the money I paid for my domain or that would go toward it because this domain it’s not even a month old thanks

  • You won’t receive a discount for the domain, but once you’ve bought the plan you want, comment here and we can refund the difference for you.

    Hi in my previous correspondence I mention that the email that I used to setup my wordpress account I don’t have access anymore.
    I’m bit worried because I tried to login to my crowdsignal with the present email that I’m using now but It’s not working so can you explain me how to remove the old one thanks
