Domain Problem

    I bought a premium domain, after 3 days nothing change. Is a way to fix this problem, if not can i get my money back?

    The site I need help with is 2bodyandmind.wordpress.com.

    Are you speaking of 2bodyandmind.com?

    That’s not a premium domain, just a regular custom domain, and it’s registered and in your account.

    Can you tell me what you expected to change?

    Buying a domain doesn’t change anything on your site. It just gives you ownership of the domain, and the domain will now redirect to your free WordPress.com address.

    If you want the domain to appear in the browser instead of your free address, that requires a paid plan, as is explained in https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/. This would also have been explained in a notice during the upgrade process.

    If you’ve decided you no longer want this domain, you can still cancel it within the next 24 hours for a full refund from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
