  Did you read the notice on your site? read it again and act accordingly to reconnect your domain

  Hi there!

  It appears your domain was renewed successfully on January 20, 2024. However, you have since disputed the payment as fraudulent with your payment provider. That has resulted in the domain registration being canceled. May I ask what led you to dispute the transaction?

  Thanks for your reply.

  I wasn’t aware of the dispute. The situation currently is the same:

  I do not see my domain that I purchased from WordPress in the list of domains and when try to search for it, I get this note – “This domain is still active and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.”

  What can I do to resolve it?
