Domain problem

  Hello,
  I registered my blog’s domain name http://chefindisguise.com on wordpress.
  Last week a company contacted me saying they want to register the domain http://chefindisguise.com/cn in china and that since I have not “registered” my domain name and key words as my property that they can do that and I can’t object.
  Is that true? what can I do to prevent that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there – Are they saying they will register the domain chefindisguise.cn? If so, they can do that – that’s a different domain from yours. For example, someone could also register chefindisguise.co or chefindisguise.org.

  No they are saying they will register chefindisguise.com/cn

  Hi there – That’s not possible, as it’s a subdirectory of your domain. I’d just ignore that email — it sounds like spam. :)
