domain problem

    I have registred a domain but the url appears as “dotes”. instead of “.es” I introduced my credit card in order to buy the domain, however the payment doesn´t appear at my bank account

    Hey there,
    I’ll tag this for staff attention. Please subscribe to this thread so you’ll know when they assist you. Staff is backlogged and works through threads in chronological order. The best thing to do is be patient, and know that they’ll take care of you as soon as they are able.

    Why not just ask for a refund? Domains can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase. On your upgrades page, you hover over the upgrade and Refund should appear. Then re-register the domain you want.

    I don’t see any registered domain on your account. To purchase a domain, go to Store -> Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
