Hello there,
Did you buy the domain at WordPress.com or did you buy it with another domain registrar. If you bought the domain at WordPress.com it will be available in your upgrades page (Dashboard>Upgrades>My domains). You can find more details about domains and how the upgrades work from here. -
Thank you for answer. I bought at wordpress.com but it does not appear in my My Domains page. Today it has been 3 days. Moreover, wordpress notice me to register the domain I bought. It seems still available.

If you have bought the domain, it shouldn’t be available. Were you charged for the domain? If you were not charged, then probably the domain wasn’t purchased. Please purchase the domain again.

I paid with paypal and paypal sent me email that payment was completed. And when I checked my paypal account, there is an invoice for 26$. In this situation, The domain was purchased by me. I think there is another problem and I wonder this.

It looks like your domain payment failed for some reason. I’m not seeing any charges on your WordPress.com account shown here:

Could you try registering the domain one more time through the steps listed here?

Hmm, ok. Firstly I want to try get back my previous payment because it is seen already on paypal. Maybe, the reason of problem can be on paypal service. Then, I try to register the doman again.

Hi @edanurg,
It looks like there might be an issue going on somewhere along the line with PayPal and our Store. We’re not quite sure what the issue is yet. I went ahead and added $26 in credits to your account so you can register the domain without paying anything extra. This way, you shouldn’t need to contact PayPal for the refund (since the credits cover the cost of the purchase). Can you try to register the domain again?
