Domain Problem – It keeps switching between domains

  domain keeps switching back and forth between risinghopedotorg.wordpress.com and rising-hope.org. I have followed the instructions completely and changed the name servers and cleared my cache. I want to use rising-hope.org as my permanent domain. If you can remove the other one that would be great.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy!

  The way custom domains work on WordPress.com is that all your content is really served through risinghopedotorg.wordpress.com and rising-hope.org is just for display.

  You’ve correctly set rising-hope.org as your primary domain in your settings. Readers for your site will only see rising-hope.org and if they happen to type in risinghopedotorg.wordpress.com they’ll be redirected to rising-hope.org.

  But you’ll notice in your admin pages that everything is under risinghopedotorg.wordpress.com — think of that site as the engine of your car. rising-hope.org is the body.

  You can’t remove the *.wordpress.com site, but your readers don’t have to know it even exists so long as you keep that custom domain.
