Hello there, It looks like the site you need help with isn’t hosted here on WordPressdotcom but with One.com and is using the standalone WP software.
Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with separate documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can find all the support information for sites using the WP software at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page. I suggest searching the forums there for a similar issue before posting.
For help with this specific issue you can likely approach your web hosting provider support as well.

i dont know if this is a similar problem or not but i wanted to change my url from indijas.wordpress.com to indijasontology.wordpress.com to reflect the title better and be more specific. I did this in settings but now it changed everything ny theme and images and fonts and i am devastated. my page was a beautiful respite from the ugliness of everything, please can someone help me get it back i’ve only just done it, there was no warning of the outcomes, surely this is not irreversible??!! ]{“C
