    Hello there.

    You removed your subscription for domain registration and mapping. Therefore you do not have access to them through your site’s Dashboard. However, you can visit your site here:
    http://simonecardarelli.wordpress.com/

    And manage it here:
    http://simonecardarelli.wordpress.com/wp-admin

    If you choose to add another domain, you may. Just click on Store in your site’s Dashboard. Keep in mind that .com.br domains can take up to three days to propagate online:

    Hello,

    Made the purchase of the domain tried to put simonecardarelli.com.br
    gave some flaws and did not receive any more messages and saw that it was billed to my credit card but I am not available to me with the domain.

    I need to solve this please help me.

    It looks like the domain was not successfully registered previously. I went ahead and registered it for you. However, .com.br domains typically take 2-3 days to be fully registered and operational. So, the domain isn’t working just yet, but it should begin working shortly. I’m going to set a reminder to check back in to make sure this is working within the next few days.

    Also, you should receive a verification email to your inbox that will look like this:

    Register a New Domain

    When you receive that email, please go ahead and verify your address using the link!

    Now received an email saying the domain was not registered successfully they would try again.

    I really need to wait again?
    because it has happened several times.

    In my panel in WordPress My Upgrades:
    “This domain is currently pending Could be unlocked and the transfer, if you have started the domain transfer process you will need to complete the renewal with your new record.”

    I can not make the necessary configuration.

    Hi!

    One last registration attempt – can you try registering the domain again through the instructions here?

    It looks like the registration is failing because of your street address (probably because it doesn’t have a number in front of it). Can you try adding street numbers (even if you just add a fictitious “1”)?

    As did the tutorial, I set the DNS to point to the servers NS1.wordpress.com / ns2.wordpress.com /ns3.wordpress.com

    Hi Simone,

    Did you enter the address the same as previously (with the street just as “maringa”)? If so, that’s causing the error. You’ll need to enter a street address with numbers.

    It looks like you were able to register the domain elsewhere. I’m really sorry we weren’t able to get this worked out for you, and I apologize that it took so much time.

    Can you let me know what you would like to do going forward? I went ahead and refunded the $30 purchase for the domain registration since that registration didn’t work. I also refunded your $13 domain mapping purchase since a domain comes with the Premium bundle. So, right now, you have a Premium bundle with the domain simonecardarelli.com.br mapped to simonecardarelli.wordpress.com.
