Domain Problems

I’ve done a bunch of research in these forums but I cannot get my website to work after initially creating it in January. I bought the Premium account when I started and immediately registered my domain. At “https://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/custom-domains/” it says my domain is whitecollarwoodsman.com on White Collar Woodsman. In My Domains, it says my primary domain is whitecollarwoodsman.com and this is through December 31, 2015. My DNS records (A, MX, NS, and CNAME) are all whitecollarwoodsman.com. However, domain search says whitecollarwoodsman.com is available and I can buy it for $18. On the domain add screen it is also saying I can add it for $18/year. I try to go to the site and I get DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. I am very frustrated and would appreciate any help.

How do I cancel an expired domain??? I’ve followed the instructions and gone into me “My Upgrades” but there is no cancel link, just a renew button. Can someone please help me, no one can get to my page now until the old domain is cancelled. Please someone help!

whitecollarwoodsman– You’ve mapped whitecollarwoodsman.com to your site, but the domain isn’t registered so it won’t work. Since the domain is still available we can fix this.
I’ve removed the domain mapping subscription so you can re-use the credit. If you go to the link below you can register the domainThe domain is included with the premium subscription so you won’t have to pay.

Lizthefair, we are in business, thank you. However, to get it working, I needed to pay the $18 and I have a pending charge on my credit card as a result. Who can I talk to about getting this refunded? Thanks again.

i have purchased an domain ending with .com.sg and have already followed the steps listed in https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
i updated the DNS and contacted my domain registrar but i keep receiving this error message when I tried to map it: ‘Sorry but goparty.com.sg has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.’I have been informed that it is a a wordpress issue. Please assist.

2 days ago I changed my domain from pacificldswomen.wordpress TO pacificldswomen.com. Now I see DNS needs to be updated. I urgently need pacificldswomen.com to be the main host. I am planning on upgrading to a premium by tomorrow. Please help! And if I were to upgrade to a premium, does this take into effect straight away?

kaveinga–If you search your email for “help@wordpress.com” you should find the message. In case you can’t find it, I’ll just repeat it here. There was a glitch in your domain registration, so I removed the subscription and added credits to your account. You can reregister the domain and won’t be charged again. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
