DOMAIN PROBLEMS

    Hello a year ago I created a domain through wordpress.com (onecuriouschef.wordpress.com), after 3 months I transfered the registrar to bluehost.com, and now a year later I can’t acess my website because it says ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’
    Because I transfered it to bluehost.com I deleted the wordpress.com website so I cannot really log in and go to domain upgrades page because it says I have no website.
    Any help with this ?

    Hi there,

    You transferred the domain, onecuriouschef.com, in September last year. When you did that the domain was completely removed from our system, and we have no control or access whatsoever to that domain, so there is nothing we can do to help you with it.

    When I click on that domain I see a Bluehost site, not a WordPress.com error page. Try Pressing Cmd-R on the page where you see that and check if it makes any difference. If it doesn’t, please contact Bluehost as your domain is with them and only they have access to it.

    Your free WordPress.com address that you deleted has nothing to do with this – even if you hadn’t deleted that site you still won’t be able to manage the domain from here, as that domain is no longer on our system and hasn’t been for nine months.
