  How can i fully delete my domain so I can use it on another server like (bigcartel)?

  You can cancel your domain by following these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/

  Please note that after cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back. Keep in mind that you do have the option to keep the domain at WordPress.com, and use it elsewhere or transfer it to another domain provider.
