Domain problems

I just contacted the domain hosting since we already paid for another year of domain use for alaizquierda.com.mx. They sent me a screenshot letting me know the domain is owned by us and that it hasn’t expired. However, WordPress states it expired 2 days ago. What can I do?

Domain mapping is not done free of charge. When you are domain mapping from your .wordpress.com site to a domain URL you purchased elsewhere you will have to renew the domain mapping upgrade with WordPress.COM annually. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

It looks like you have since renewed the domain mapping upgrade for that domain.
Please remember that your domain, and the mapping upgrade that connects it here, are two separate things. Renewing your domain at your domain provider does not renew the domain mapping upgrade on our end, and vice versa.
