Domain purchase

  Last night I created a new account for my credentialing business. I also have an additional website that I created for my husband’s books. I see where I purchased a domain for my credentialing page, however my page is still asking for me to updgrade my plan as if I did not purchase. In the midst of trying to fix issue on my own it seems I have several pending sites asking for payment. I have been unsuccessful with speaking to a live person. I really can use some assistance. Thanks

  Could you send a link to the site additional website? We can try to look up its account that way.

  Hi there,

  I am seeing the domain under the antlenspublications username. I take it that is your husbands site? If you have the credentials to log into that site, you should be able to access the domain. If it were supposed to be under your account instead, you should be able to transfer the domain by following the steps here:
