    Hello, I’m trying to purchase a domain but it keeps showing up as MX Pecos instead of US dollars. Can this be fixed on your end?

    Of course! I updated your account currency to USD. You can click here to go to the checkout page and complete your domain registration.

    May I know if you intend to use the domain to build a website on WordPress.com right away? Or do you want to hold on to the domain and build a website later?

    I ask because if you plan to host your site on WordPress.com, you will want a WordPress.com plan, which will add many features to your site, including the ability to set your domain as the primary address. If you choose a yearly WordPress.com plan, you’ll get the first year’s domain registration fee waived, so you would not be paying the domain registration fee for the first year.
