Domain purchase does not work and nobody helps me

    I alraedy posted this yesterday, a kind person told me that he flagged my problem and wordpress staff will take care.
    since yesterday noon nobody took care.
    my problem is the following: I purchased 4 days ago a domain with .de
    It does not work. it is still for sell on others hosters websites. i did all steps pointed in the “support”, but as I am not an IT expert …… I NEED HELP.
    The other option is, I buy my domain somewhere else and I change hoster also with my blog.
    Any advise ?? thank you.
