Domain purchase not activated

I have purchased through WordPress the domain name http://www.cliffsmembers.com one week ago. I have heard nothing since the purchase. I sent an email to customer support last Friday asking for the timing of the domain activation but have had no reply. How long does it normally take for a domain purchase to go through? How do I know if something went wrong with the transaction? I did receive an email confirmation immediately after the purchase. I do not want to give out my blog address until I have the domain so I am anxious for this to be resolved. I appreciate any help you can give me.

I actually just responded to your first email a few minutes ago.
Basically, the transaction appears to have never taken place. Please reply to the email so we can sort this out.
