Domain Purchased, but exipred?

  Dear Sirs.
  I have just buyed a domain name for my blog, payed with PAYPAL today, 19 march 2012.
  My blog is http://www.nikomiki/wordpress.com, and I have purchased the domain http://www.nikomiki.com.

  This is a snapshot of my control panel in wordpress:

  

  What is “EXPIRING – Will stop functioning on 19/3/2013”?????
  Why I can’t use my personal domain name now?
  I have payed one year domain name today…. but I can’t use it!!!!

  Your domain is active now and won’t expire until March 19, 2013. Can you please try clearing out your cache?
