Domain purchased. WordPress says I am still on free

  On 1/13/2017 I purchased and was billed for the personal account on wordpress, but my site still says that I am on the free version. What’s going on?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  There is not a history of any upgrades or charges made to the account that you are contacting us from here in the forums.

  It sounds like you have purchased this upgrade under a different user account.

  Hi-
  I only have one account with wordpress. I also have the proof of the 37 dollar purchase from my bank account.
  I don’t know why that wouldn’t be in your system, I only created one user account.

  brittenygjohnson.wordpress.com is a free .wordpress.com site. You were not charged for it and it does not expire. There is not any history of any upgrades or charges to this user account.

  I understand that .wordpress.com’s are free accounts, that’s why I was confused for so long. I knew I had bought an account and was lost as to why .wordpress.com was still at the end of my address.
  I went onto the why did I get charged and it said I was charged for a personal account, then when I went to “view my receipt” it said “there is no history of purchases.”
  Also, I understand that you think I’m being dumb, but I don’t appreciate your tone in these responses. Especially the last one.
  Also, I know you said that this is a public place, and that I shouldn’t put confidential information on here, but were else can I go to get help than this forum? I’ve been searching but always end up on the forum area.
  I WAS charged. I have proof. I only have ONE account, I have only ever made ONE account.

  Hi –

  I’ve sent an email your way. It’s going to be delivered to the address listed at wordpress.com/me/account/ You can reply there with the transaction details for the upgrade. The Personal upgrade was bought under a different user account. So, this is why you are not seeing the receipt details.
