Hi there. It could be that PayPal isn’t supported in your country. See here for more information: http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/
I’ve seen other volunteers mention that it’s possible to order a pre-paid credit card from a country that is supported, but I don’t know how you’d go about doing that.
