Domain purchasing problem

    Dear mr/ms
    Today (21.03.2016) i tried to purchase the domain as mroktar.com. it was 18$. And tried to buy it with my credit card. But at that moment bank didn’t allow to finish transaction. After a while the bank got cofirmation from me and the transaction (18$) was done. But my domain (mroktar.com) wasn’t provided. The free one (mroktar.wordpress.com) was provided. In this case i paid for mroktar.com and i dont have it. Could you check the transaction and provide me mroktar.com please?

    Hey there,

    Do you see a purchase reflected on your bank statement? I do not see any successful or failed transaction under your account and mroktar.com is still available to register. Also, I see no payment on our end.

    If you do not see a purchase on your end, I would try again.

    Also, this is a public forum, so I deleted your credit card information.
