Domain query

    Hi there,
    I actually have a question relating to the fact that I want to set up a new website using WordPress. I already have the domain name and hosting purchased elsewhere. Is is possible for me to take a free WordPress blog and point it to my domain? Or will I be required to pay for it?

    You can have the traffic redirected from your WordPress.COM web site to your new web site – that is the Site Redirect Upgrade and yes you pay for that – I think it costs $ 13.– / year – the blog linked to your name however has not content so probably no traffic for redirect so it would probably be a waste of money
