Domain question?

  I was wondering is I registered a new domain with wordpress would I only be able to use it on wordpress or would I be able to “link” it with my personal server?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers

  thanks, one more question…. Would i still pay the mapping price if it goes to the other host?

  Yes, mapping is actually part of the overall registration package.

  Think of domain registration as a $5 add-on to mapping and not available separately.

  Hello, i have been trying so hard to register a domain by paying the $17 but i keep getting an error response that my billing address is not valid. please is Nigeria not a valid country. Thanks

  Please make sure that you’re entering your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit cards’ statement. If that doesn’t work, please try a different card, or pay through PayPal.
