Domain question

    Hi, I have a question. I want to map my domain… one thing states, ‘$13.00 per year plus registration costs at your current provider’ and another states, ‘5. Enter the domain you’d like to map and click the Add button. Then complete checkout. Checkout will be free if you already own a plan!’ ………. my question is if I map my domain without moving it from my current registrar.. would I be paying only Google for my domain… or WordPress and Google

    Hi there!

    If you already have a paid WordPress.com plan, then mapping your domain is included in that price so you wouldn’t pay anything extra here – just your plan at WordPress.com and the registration costs at your current registrar.

    If you do not have a paid plan, you wouldn’t be able to set the custom domain as your primary address.
