Domain question

My domain is registered at Godaddy. I started a wordpress blog and mapped it to wordpress. I changed the nameservers as directed and it was working fine. I decided NOT To have the domain pointed to my wordpress blog and canceled mapping (13/yr choice) before I actually even even activated the domain at WordPress. I rcvd an email saying I would be refunded. However now when i go back to my registrar my domain is no longer found under the dns editor. I called Godaddy and they said I needed to talk to you because they couldnt figure out what I had done. My domain is still listed as registered there but is no longer in the dns manager. Please help!

    Hi there,

I triple checked and your domain mapping was removed properly and completely. We’re sorry there’s nothing we can do on our end, but this really does look like an issue at GoDaddy’s side.

Here is the information from the whois domain database, clearly showing the domain is still registered through GoDaddy:

    Registrar Info
    Name    GODADDY.COM, LLC
    Whois Server    whois.godaddy.com
    Referral URL    http://registrar.godaddy.com
    Status    clientDeleteProhibited, clientRenewProhibited, clientTransferProhibited, clientUpdateProhibited

    Registered through: GoDaddy.com, LLC (http://www.godaddy.com)
    Domain Name: TRACYMARINOPHOTOGRAPHY.COM

You’ll have to talk to them about getting your domain back in their domain manager so you can update the name servers.

    Best!
