Domain question

  OKay, Thanks in advance for any help. Im having trouble redircting my domain name. I have started a blog on weebly and want to keep my domain registered with wordpress. I have followed all of the instructions for redirecting the DNS, it worked temporarily but has since stopped. Can someone please let me know if I have done it incorrectly? Can you help me through this? I need to change my A-Records for both “www” and my root domain. That’s one record for http://www.frugalcalifornia.com pointing to 199.34.228.59. And one record for frugalcalifornia.com also pointing to 199.34.228.59.

  When I visit http://www.frugalcalifornia.com/, I am taken to a site that’s not hosted here at WordPress.com. It looks like this:
