Domain question

  I have a blog that had a dedicated URL. I no longer have that URL and cannot access the pages or settings because the jetpack is not up to date and it will not allow me to upgrade or access the settings panel to update it. Have I lost the website or can I transfer the blog BACK to a .wordpress.com until I get a new URL?

  If you cannot create an Export file, you can’t export it to WP.com.

  JetPack is a Plugin – FTP in and disable it and that will give you back your site if it really is a JetPack issue

  The folks over at WordPress.ORG should be able to help you
