Domain question

    Hello,

    I am having a few issues with my domain. It says my domain is expired, but I paid for it back in early March. Would you be able to help me with my domain, MJINTLFIRM.com? Thank you very much for your time.

    Hi there,

    According to our records the last payment for that domain was made on 8 March 2015. That is also the last receipt showing on your billing history page, here:

    The domain expired on 5 March and was removed from your account on 13 June. It is currently pending deletion with our registrar, which means they are about to release it so it can be registered again.

    If you wait a few days you might be able to register the domain again at the regular price, but I can’t guarantee it, as someone else might register the domain before you’re able to.

    I can also email our registrar to try and get the domain back, but they charge an $80 fee to restore a domain so late in the expiration process, in addition to the $26 to renew the domain. If the domain can’t be recovered we refund this amount in full.
