Domain questions

  I registered my site with Microsoft and Office365 and I use Outlook for my email. I want to build a site for it, but I’m concerned if I transfer the domain to WordPress I’ll lose access to Outlook. How would that work?

  Hi there,

  You can connect your Outlook email to your site on WordPress.com.

  To do that you’ll need a paid plan. Then you can either transfer the domain to us completely, or just connect it here while leaving it registered at your current provider:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domain-connection-vs-domain-transfer/

  Once the domain has been added to your account on our end you can then add the DNS records needed for your Outlook email on our end, so the domain will continue working:

  https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/add-email-through-office-365/
