  Hello, i’ve just paid the renewal of the domain from the link below and it didn’t activated. Can you help me please.

  I’ve made a payment for renewing novalatinitas.com domain, and it didn’t appear on the management page. Please help me :(

  Hi there,

  As Sam explained to you when you chatted with him two weeks ago, your domain expired and has been removed from your account. Paying the manual payment doesn’t automatically bring back the domain. We need to email our registrar and ask them to restore the domain.

  I will do that now, and I will let you know if our registrar is able to restore the domain. If they are not able to, your payment will be refunded.

  Your domain has been restored and I’ve reactivated it on your account. It is showing your self-hosted site for me again.
