    Hi, I’m trying to reactivate my domain elisahferrari.com but not able to.

    I’ve marked this thread for staff attention – they should be able to help you recover this domain.

    Your domain has entered what’s called the ‘redemption period’.

    After a domain expires there’s a grace period where you can still renew it easily.

    After this, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)

    @elisahferrari this domain is in redemption.

    I can see staff sent a payment request about 6 days ago. We’ll resend that; can you update us once it’s paid so we can reach out to the registrar to get the domain back?
