  Please let me know how we can recover our domain name, indigobleustonington.com.

  That domain expired in August and is now in the redemption period. There are extra costs that need to be paid to the Registrar to enable recovery. Staff have already been tagged to reply to you. Meanwhile see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  Hi there,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  Thanks for confirming — I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page and will contact our registrar once that has been paid.

  Your payment has come through, thanks. It usually takes 1-2 business days to hear back from our registrar but I’ll be in touch again as soon as I have some more news.
