Domain Recovery

    My domain needs to be recovered. I have a notification that says ‘renew x domain name now’ but when I click it, it takes me to a page that shows my previous purchase history and I can’t find where to renew the domain. I was informed it has some sort of lock so I can’t lose the domain but am unsure what this means.

    I did not see you mention it, but you are referring to theamberarchives.com yes?

    From what I see it has expired as there was nor renewal payment. A little too much time has passed for you to be able to recover it for yourself, but I can attempt to recover the domain for you (it has already been returned to the registry at this point) as it seems to not be for sale to the public yet.

    Before I do that I will need to invoice you for the $18 registration fee however. Do I have the correct domain and yes you would like to recover it? Please let us know so that we can send an invoice and get the process started.
