domain recovery?

I made a mistake and accidentally canceled my domain name. I got confused about how to make it work! I know I clicked something that said I may not have access to it anymore, so I understand if theres nothing I can do, but wanted to check and see if there was any way I could buy it again. To clarify, do you wish to use myepicmotherhood.com on your WordPress.com site? I see you cancelled and was not sure if you mean to continue here, or instead set up your site with another provider.

I wanted to use the domain on a different hosting site (wix), but honestly would be okay with wordpress if I can just get the domain back, haha.

Thanks for confirming. To explain what happens when you cancel your domain, because you cancelled within 24hrs of your purchase, the domain does in fact go on sale again.
However, there is a 5 day grace period (where we can recover the domain for you)before it is released. With this in mind, you would only need to wait 4 more days or so, and at that point you can purchase it with any company that sells domains to the public.
If you cannot wait that long, and need the domain back right away, we can recover it for you but will need to first invoice you (the cost of the registration) before we can proceed. Once we recover the domain it can be connected to your new provider.
With that said. if you have the time to wait I recommend it, as it would be better if you purchase the domain directly from the company you plan to host your site with, so that you do not have your billing split between WordPress.com and Wix.
