  I would like to recover the domain emeraldelephantyoga.com and transfer it to another registrar. Can you please advise how I need to go about doing that?

  The domain emeraldelephantyoga.com is currently active and registered under a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re logged into. If you want to transfer this domain to another registrar, you would need to log into the account that owns the domain to start that process.
