  Hello, I emailed about two weeks ago and have not heard back from you. Could you please help me recover the domain I paid for and the paid plan, please?

  I checked, and the paid plan has been restored. However, bitverselabs.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees, and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.
