This domain is owned by my company and is associated with my coworkers wordpress account (bzenil3 or (email visible only to moderators and staff)).
My coworker has also been unable to login to his account as it’s blocked and has to go through an account recovery page that states the website maplewindmhc.com does not exist on wordpress.
When searching the domain from my account, it shows that maplewindmhc.com already exists on wordpress.Self-declared URL: maplewindmhc.com
Jetpack: Unknown

Hi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! Upon reviewing the DNS records for “casafelizusa.com,” it appears that the domain is not registered anywhere. As a result, there is currently no way for them to receive email. In order to receive emails to “brianz @ casafelizusa.com” (minus the spaces), they would first need to purchase the domain casafelizusa.com and configure MX records and email hosting.
Our account recovery team attempted to send an email directly to that address, but unfortunately, they are unable to receive it since they do not own the domain.
Unfortunately, we can only help the account owner who owns the domain maplewindmhc.com so they need to fix their email issue first so we can communicate with them and resolve the expired domain issue.
Your other option is to use a transaction IDs from charges on this account to use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou can read more about what the account recovery process entails here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
I hope that clarifies things!
