Domain Recovery (grace period)

  Hi there,
  I mistakenly allowed my plan to expire and I think my domain is expired along with it. It just happened this morning so I believe it is still in the grace period. Can you help me get it back? The domain in question is slowstitchstudio.com

  Hi. Don’t panic. Staff should be able to help you. I’ve put a ‘modlook’ tag on your Forum topic — it might take a few hours, but staff or a moderator will be around to help.

  You’re right, your domain is on hold and this means that we may still be able to recover it at its regular renewal price of $26. For that, I have already emailed you a payment request.

  Alternatively, instead of paying for the domain, you can re-purchase your plan which includes a free credit for one domain.

  Whether you’re going with the first or the second option, please act immediately and reply to us here to prevent the domain to enter into redemption.
