Domain recovery once deleted on WordPress

    Hello, I purchased the a domain with you on July 15th with the intention of transferring over to wix.com. When I tried to do the transfer, Wix.com was not on the list of possibilities to transfer to…so i deleted it with the intention of purchasing again through a different provider. I was hoping it would have come back on sale now but unfortunately it hasn’t. Can you tell me roughly when it will, or if I am able to purchase again through you now?

    Hi there,

    Your domain will be released approximately two months after you canceled it. This means that you still have to wait for a month. Also, we don’t know if the domain will become available for registration, and there’s no guarantee that a third party won’t register it first.

    The best option is to restore the domain back to your WordPress.com account and then transfer it or point it to the provider of your choice. For that, I’ll need to email you a form to pay for the domain’s registration.
