  My secure server company told me to contact you guys in regards my issue: I forgot to renew my domain payment.

  Domain Name: http://www.neodexndt.com

  I want to redem my domain.

  After some done research in wordpress.com, I understand that i have to pay an $80.00 penalty to recover my domain.
  I am a startup company and my economical resources are limited. I hope you can help me to recover my domain without the $80.00, it is just out of the budget. And as you might be able to see, the traffic in my domain is not that high yet.

  I’m afraid that the $80 is not something we can waive. It is charged to us by the registrar:
