  My domain nigeljturner.com is in redemption. How can I get it out of redemption?

  @shubhamgmath Although the title of the thread is quite clear, as you have told the OP you have alerted staff, I have added the modlook tag as I don’t see it.

  Howdy –

  I can see that this domain is still in the redemption period. The good news is that we should be able to recover it. I can’t make any promises.

  In order to proceed with the redemption we will need a few things.

  First, I need you to sign in and post from the nigelturner2014 user account. That’s the account you need to be in to access the domain.

  Second, Let me know if you agree to pay the $80 redemption fee.

  Once I hear back from the correct account I will get the process started. Typically, it only takes 2-3 days to get the domain back.

  Thanks for logging in. I’ve sent a payment request for the redemption fee and domain cost to the email address on your Account Settings page. I will contact our domain registrar once your payment has come through.

  Will I have to pay the $80 fee even if it cannot be redeemed?

  We will issue a full refund if the domain cannot be recovered for any reason.

  Please let me know if the payment request doesn’t come through.

  Thanks, I’ve started the recovery process by contacting our domain registrar. We usually hear back in 1-2 business days but I’ll be in touch as soon as I receive a reply.
